Tonight just after 10 P.M. Garden City (STA. 65) for the Ladder and Parkside (STA. 45) for an Engine were dispatched to cover Green Ridge (STA. 63) while they operated on a Gasoline leak that had reached the sewer system. Ladder 65 responded under the direction of Chief Joe Lombardo (65-9). After on location fireboard notified Ladder 65 that they would also be covering Lima (STA. 69) from Station 63. Around 1:30 A.M. the cover companies were dispatched to the scene to assist the companies on location. Ladder 65 and TAC 45 responded and assisted crews with checking houses for gas levels. Units cleared in about an hour. Just after returning to Station 65, Garden city was dispatched to cover Marcus Hook-Trainer (STA. 68) while they operated on a Working Fire in Chester Township. Engine 65-1 responded under the direction on Lieutenant Jon Curtis (65-13A). 65-1 remained on location for about 2 hours before returning.
